Word Prompt: Letter to Self

I’m still catching my breath from what happened last week at The Grove.  We gathered to share the “One Word” that we each want to focus on throughout the coming year.  And something beautifully explosive happened.  I love what Colleen shared about the experience…

“The fresh honesty, the real listening, the visits to one another’s spaces…it was soul healing and life giving for me.”

It’s not too late to join.  And it’s too good to miss.  Check it out here.

This week we’re taking it a step further.  The prompt is “Letter to Self.”  We’ve opened up to share the One Word planted in our hearts.  Now it’s time to get real about it.  Let’s ask the Spirit what it is we need to hear.

Here are some ideas to get you thinking:

– A letter to yourself when you were a child or teen.

– A letter to the you of one year ago.

– A letter to the part of you that’s standing in the way of your One Word.

–  A letter to the you that God sees.

At the end of the week we’ll gather at The Grove to share our letters, images and art on “Letter to self.”

See you there!
