Word Prompt: Hope

We’re declaring this our week of hope.  A week to step back and remember.  To remember that there is nothing our Father cannot redeem.  Nothing.  No great fear, nor deep valley, nor crushing sorrow.

We live in the shards of a broken world.

But there is One who is making all things new.

And we know him.  Oh, glory, we know him.  The One who is Hope himself.

This week we’ll hear…
The hope of an orphan from Jessica Hoover.
The hope found in art from musician Carolyn Broughton.
Hope in the face of loss from Lizzie Talcott.
Then Tsh Oxenreider will share the hope that came after the pit of depression that had her regretting she ever moved overseas.

See you at Book Club on Tuesday and throughout the comments this week.

Then on Friday we’ll meet at The Grove where we’ll share our hearts, our words, our art on the prompt, “Hope.”
