1 Corinthians 15:56-58 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ! Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the Lord’s work, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
We celebrate, right here in the mess and confusion. Not because everything is perfect, but because the victory is won by our Savior.
The tomb is empty. We don’t hope in vain, we don’t trust in a god who is powerless.
We can be steadfast because He is our victory. The story isn’t finished.
