Kate and her husband Billy are currently serving in Peru. Born and raised in Southeastern Michigan, they now call Lima, Peru home.
The organization they work with works with local fellowships to help children, young people and families know God through His Word. The organization is currently working in six country-wide outreaches: a Bible use program; abandoned boys; the hearing impaired; a growing schools and camping program where staff teach Christian values; and an innovative medical outreach located in the Amazon basin.
Billy is the director of the residential work comprised of 7 homes for abandoned and at-risk children. Kate is the director of International Relations and is responsible for organizing the 20+ volunteer teams that visit Peru each year, monthly sponsorship program, international communication and the organization’s web presence.
