Aliza

Hi! I currently live and work in a University setting. I’m going on my 3rd year here. I have grown to love the people, the culture and the journey I am on. I’m so thankful to be living and serving abroad. Every day is a new adventure with its own ups and downs. I gratefully embrace this path I am on and give thanks to our faithful Abba for carrying me and guiding me each step of the way. There is JOY in the Journey!

I am a stay at home mom with 4 kiddos. I lead a local ministry to women in our community called Walking Together. I have interests in member care and cross cultural studies. Most of my cross cultural “studies” right now look a lot like figuring out what the calendar at the Kindergarten says or braving a phone call to the doctor’s office. I have my MA in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College and a real interest in encouraging women in their value, no matter their role, in overseas work.

Hey-hey! I’m Andrea Marlin and I live in Maputo, Mozambique with my boo-thang, Matt and our littles, Cedar and Cypress. Our day to day consists of seeing college students accept the call of Christ and change the world…and changing lots of diapers. We LOVE both, well, most of the time. You can read more about us here.

I am an empty nester who has been living in India with my husband for the last year. My husband has a job here and we are living this idea of business and living our faith out in this culture.

Our family of 6 is on our 5th tour of duty and presently serving in Russia. We’ve loved each of our posts for wildly different reasons and are grateful to see the world as a family.
