It has been crazy adventure for us, sometimes we have only word from God and nothing else, yet God taught us that He is more than enough.
We are doing children’s ministry, but we’re NOT “working” with children. We LIVE with them and for them. We put our lives down for each of 200 crazy teens, gentle children and innocent babies in small village of Papua New Guinea. We love them as if they were our own.
We’ve been M’s all our life since we got married in 2007 and each year it gets crazier and wilder 🙂 Can’t wait to see what happens next 🙂

I’m working at a small family style children’s home in the jungles of Bolivia. We have solar panels for electric lights and are glad that now we can usually get cell phone signal and even many days – internet! Life is slower paced and daily living takes up a lot of the time. We raise our own rice, beans, corn and peanuts. The boys milk the cows morning and evening and make cheese. We live a good life.

Hello my name is Sara Aten my husband and I are getting ready/transitioning to moving from WI(USA) to Port Au Prince, Haiti. We have been to Haiti about 8 times within the past 3 years. I am a Christian singer/songwriter. I have a great burden for sharing and revival. In the States we have ministered for several years in prisons, homeless shelters, drug and alcohol rehabs, street sharing in very poor areas, church services/events, camps, womens camps and retreats. I am also a speaker. I have known the Lord for 34 years. God is calling my husband and me to Haiti for full time work- to be honest we don’t know what allof this will entail but we are walking by faith even though we are scared to death. I have been married for 34 years and have 7 adult children and 3 grandchildren.
