We tend to be overachievers.
As overseas workers we push hard for the sake of the Kingdom with little time for rest. Burning the candle at both ends is the norm.
But do we know our limits?
Sometimes we are forced to stop because our bodies or our souls just give out and we can no longer keep up the pace we desire. Sometimes we have help, as our organizations set aside vacation time for us, or we establish boundaries around Sabbath and learn new rhythms. What is God teaching you about limits?
