The farmer is gathering his tools in preparation for planting. He will till the ground, remove the rocks, and tiny seeds will be tucked away under the soil, hidden until the time is right.
We don’t leave our dreams in our passport country when we move across borders and oceans. They steal inside our 50 pound suitcases and into the depths of our hearts- dreams of ministry, family, a future spouse, accomplishments.
Sometimes those dreams never take root and sprout above ground. They lie cold and dead, as disappointment floods our souls.
But sometimes those dreams flourish and we see their fulfillment in ways we could have never imagined.
God is in all of these seeds and dreams, the ones we share publicly and the ones that are tucked away in secret.
