My husband is studying music and is fluent in Italian. We are believers with a great church and network back home. The transition has been more challenging than I expected and I am thrilled to find this beautiful community of women who love Jesus!

After spending two years in China, I am in my second year of transition back into life in the United States. I’m now engaged and getting married in March. Ironically, China is still a huge part of my life. I teach at an Mandarin and Spanish immersion international school, north of the Twin Cities. We call the school “Little China” and “Little Spain” because of how many families we have that speak Mandarin and Spanish. Many of the staff are from Spain and China. It’s been a blessing and a joy to continue to be part of an international community.
