I grew up in the US, but married a German MK, who grew up in the country we are currently living in. I am learning to mother a teenage son, a pre-teen daughter with mental and physical disabilities, and another pre-teen daughter who we adopted from China with her many questions. I call our family the “Fusion Family” as I feel God fused us together with race, culture, and disabilities.
