Today we start a three week series: Get ready, Get set, Go! It is the time of year when we intentionally open our arms and say, “Welcome to those who are new to the field!”
While the articles will be geared towards those getting ready to go to the field, the truth is we are all getting ready, getting set, and going in some area of our lives.

- A weekly email timed to your departure date. Beginning six weeks before your departure and ending two weeks after your departure.
- A host of resources to help you in this transition journey.
- A community of people also transitioning overseas. The Facebook group will be a place of camaraderie, a place to share and know that you are not alone.
