Habakkuk 3:17-18 (CSB) Though the fig tree does not bud and there is no fruit on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though the flocks disappear from the pen and there are no herds in the stalls, yet I will celebrate in the Lord; I will rejoice in the God of my salvation.
In the hard and the good. In the unfamiliar traditions, homesickness and loneliness. When life is ordinary, delights are simple, and joy is tender. When the world is in chaos and everything is unsettled.
In it all, we turn to the God of our salvation for a joy that runs deeper than we could imagine.
Wherever you are this month, sisters, let’s celebrate. Not because of our circumstances but because we know the One in whom we trust. Join us for the conversations on the blog and on social media.
